The Rice Park Splash Pad offers sprinkler-like water sprays providing fun for everyone. Located near the playground of Rice Park, these FREE amenities are popular spots on a hot summer day! With blooming flowers sprinkling and spouting water along the way, the Splash Pad at Rice Park is a great way to cool off when the temperatures soar. A section of the pad is geared for 3-5-year-olds alongside the other areas geared for all ages to enjoy. Changing rooms and restrooms are available inside the 3-Season Shelter which is available for rent through Willmar Parks & Recreation.

The Splash Pad is open daily beginning Memorial Day from 10 am - 8 pm through Labor Day.

The Splash Pad is located at Rice Park, 805 3rd St SW, just 2 blocks west of McDonald's on 1st Street.
How do we turn the water on?
Press the button on the blue flower-type podium located near the center of the Splash Pad.
